About

The Eastern Counties Golden Retriever Club was founded in 1977. It covers the areas of Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. As well as shows and working events, the Club frequently arranges educational days and social events which include the Rescue Rally held each year in May. Two eye testing sessions per year are scheduled at The Animal Health Trust, at Kennet, near Newmarket. Events are open to all and it’s not necessary to be a member or to reside in the Eastern Counties to take part.  For the latest list of events, click here. For the Club’s Code of Ethics, click here.
